How it Works

Disputing Negative Items with CIG+

Step 1

Download the Credzy Mobile App

The first step to disputing negative items with CIG Plus is to download our mobile app, Credzy. On Credzy you will be able to access services like the cashflow accelerator and self disputing. You will also get access to our educational content and many other perks!  

Step 2

Go to "Partners" & Select TCC

Once you've logged into your Credzy Mobile App, select "Partners" in the navigation panel at the bottom of the app. Now that you have entered the "Partners" section of the app, select Total Control Credit and follow the prompts to login and reach your Total Control Credit Dashboard. 

Step 3

Dispute Negative Items

Now that you have reached your Total Control Credit Dashboard, you are ready to begin disputing your negative items! To begin disputes, click the "Create Dispute Letter" button and follow the prompts. For more information on how to execute this process, click here.
