So none of the information promised ever came to me too by email as promised by the individual I spoke with which was 72 hours ago.. promised were copies of online contracts signed including all other information given to the company and verified they did not provide any of this information to my email as promised. We were high pressure fast talking claimed to be friendly enough to try and gain your confidence promising huge numbers increase in your credit bureau report within a very short period of time and at the same time wanting to charge you $20 per month for promised property listings if it was a home you were looking to purchase as well as wanting $129 a month for 6 months to increase your Credit Bureau rating with in a very short period of time which is impossible increases of more than five points to your credit bureau record between the three reporting agencies does not happen quickly even though this is what they had promised so be wary and think twice you may be in for a bumpy ride - 4/02/2023

But here's the thing in that few months that I've been with them they have raised my credit score they have help me with my student loans and they have helped me with so many things. They've answered any in all questions that I've asked they've gotten back to me with a very short amount of time I text them or email them I'm not a phone person to talk on the phone but they have answered everything by email or text message. Yes we improved our credit situation however it was not due to your help. The first 3 months I would say there was lots of communication and then suddenly nothing. When I went to cancel I had to go through the new person that took over our case and customer service couldn't cancel. I find that highly discouraging since I had to call multiple times in a day to cancel. Very silly process and could have kept my wife and I if there was consistent communications other than. The staff is pleasant, but the bottom line is this….There are some people credit issues that they are not going to be able to solve. So with that being said with the experience that they have they should not be taken these people money knowing that they are far away from their goals than perceived, or in some case forecasted.I truly think they are trying to help people, but some people issues are harder than other, but better transparency in the beginning or just saying hey this is going to take longer and be a difficult process base on your situation. Instead of stringing that fact out for the money.Give people an honest assessment of there situation up front and don’t make them feel like they are anywhere but we’re they are, and the company would look a lot better in my opinion.P.S.The rent to own spill is and issue to.It draw people who know they are in a difficult spot in to thinking they can improve there situation while they work on their credit.Thank you,Dimitrius Truesdale - 10/29/2021

Day 1 With CIG. They have been on the phone with me for over an hour diving into my credit issues and discussing the way forward. All representatives were very hospitable and kind. They show personal interest in their clients and pride in their company. I look forward to continuing to work with them in the future and for less than $15 a month will more than likely continue being a platinum member even after im able to fix my credit and get into a home. They do alot of the work but its a team effort, you have to be willing to do your part as well. They focus on repair while you focus on the build. Amy Barlow is my specialist, she's often not responsive. I was just billed 140 which I knew about previously but was not told when it would be charged. I texted Amy a myriad of questions, and after a day of not hearing from her I asked if everything was ok, to which she replied yes thank you! Without answering any of my actual questions. If they assign you to Amy Barlow, request a different specialist. Trust me.I got a new specialist, so far nothing has been reflected by my credit score but I'm still paying. Actually my credit score has gone down 3 points since I started with CIG Not sure why I'm paying at this point but I'll see it through. While my credit score did increase, the 2 associates that helped me. #1 never billed me, sent me a bill. So a months went by and I would send an email asking for a call or a bill and they would ask for me to call them. If I asked them to call me they would ignore my email. No one has ever called me I have had to call them. For the amount of money I paid to have my score go up 113 points and not even be able to buy a home or anything is absolutely unacceptable and horrible customer service 😒 🙄. I sent an email July 30th and have had no response from Daniel Dockstader. No one's guiding me or even sending me a bill for payment. So that being said I'm finding a different company. Signed up less than 2 months ago. Was charged an extra 99 dollars. I wrote to the lady working with me, several times, and no responses, in over a week. There’s no excuse for this, if she’s on vacation or isn’t in the office someone should reach out to her clients. My credit score actually dropped since signing up if that makes any sense whatsoever. I worked with CIG starting late 2018, until mid 2019. They helped me go from credit scores in the 400's to scores in the high 500's which was enough to get me an fha mortgage. Since I discontinued their services, my credit has continued to improve as a result of their work and I now have 13k in credit lines, 2 late model vehicles, a brand new tractor, my own home, and the financial freedom to pursue my small business ambitions. They contested things that I didn't even consider. They provided forms to people that could help my credit, like my landlord. Within two days of signing up with CIG, my score was up 15 points and they already had two of my creditors in dispute. They know what they're doing, and will help guide you. At first you see a whole bunch of changes then the changes slowly happen. You have to be patient. Not all the Counselor's work the same neither do the ones that help them with the clean up process. My portal hadn't been cleaned up in roughly a year. When my regular counselor had gone out on maternity leave. I was assigned some one that cared and she and her team went to work cleaning every thing that up that had been Deleted from my reports I have seen a significant change in my portal since they have taken over. My advice if you are not satisfied say something. But most of all you didn't get into the mess your in over night and it's not all going to disappear overnight.
